Hypertension is one of the silent killers in human life which characterized by uncontrolled blood pressure. Although many therapeutic drugs have demonstrated success treating hypertension, these treatments their own drawbacks, most notably terms cost and side effects. treatment with natural products has lately been proposed. This study focused on potential Allium schoenoprasum against hypertension based network pharmacology molecular docking strategies. Interested compounds targets were identified searching accessible databases. Protein-protein interaction (PPI), Gene ontology (GO), Kyoto encyclopedia genes genomes (KEGG) conducted to determine from . In this study, 10 potentially active obtained. PPI results showed SCR, STAT3, PIK3R1, CTNBB1, ESR1 as main hypertension. GO KEGG investigation confirmed are mainly involved protein binding catalytic membrane cytoplasm. end, using docking, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, quercetin potent summary, exhibited antihypertensive activity via approaches.
